Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Google Workspace add-on Ultra Choice Eliminator (“Add-on”) developed and offered by Reddon (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using the Add-on, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Add-on.

1. Agreement to Terms

1.1 Parties & Scope.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reddon, a Utah-registered company with its principal mailing address at:

They apply to your installation, access, and use of Ultra Choice Eliminator for Google Forms™.

1.2 Modifications.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Add-on after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Please review these Terms periodically.

2. User Registration & Permissions

2.1 Installation & Authentication.
To use the Add-on, you must install it via the Google Workspace Marketplace and grant the requested Google API permissions. Authentication and data access are managed through Google’s OAuth system.

2.2 Use of Your Information.
By granting permissions, you authorize us to access and use your Google profile information (name, email, profile picture) strictly as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to share your account credentials or permissions with any third party.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, text, images, trademarks, and other materials in the Add-on are owned or licensed by Reddon and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. Support

For support inquiries, email us at reddon.inc@gmail.com on weekdays, or submit a request via the “Contact Us” section of our website. While we strive to assist promptly, support is provided on a goodwill basis and does not create any liability for Reddon.

5. Free Trial

5.1 Duration.
New users receive a 10-day free trial during which all features of Ultra Choice Eliminator are available.

5.2 Expiration.
Within 7–10 days of trial expiration, you must purchase a subscription to continue using the Add-on. If you do not, your access will be terminated.

6. Subscription & Payment

6.1 Plans.
We offer various subscription options (e.g., 1 month, 6 months, 1 year). By subscribing, you agree to the licensing terms of your chosen plan and to refrain from manipulating or abusing your subscription.

6.2 Fees & Taxes.
You agree to pay all subscription fees plus any applicable taxes or duties. If Reddon is required to collect taxes, those will be invoiced to you. You must provide any valid tax-exemption certificates as required by law.

6.3 Payment Processor.
Subscriptions are processed via Stripe, a third-party payment provider used by companies like Amazon and Google. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe; it never passes through or is stored on Reddon’s servers. We may change processors at our discretion.

7. Dispute Resolution

These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by U.S. law. You and Reddon agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of U.S. courts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reddon and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Errors, defects, delays, or interruptions in service
  
  

• Unauthorized access, security breaches, or data loss
  
  

• Links to or content from third-party websites
  
  

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  
  

The Add-on is provided “as is” and “as available,” and you use it at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reddon and its licensors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of or access to the Add-on, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
