This privacy notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you install or use our Google Workspace add-on, Ultra Choice Eliminator (“Add-on”). Please read it carefully. If you do not agree with any part of this notice, you must discontinue use of the Add-on immediately.

1. Information We Collect

1.1. Personal Information You Provide

Google Account Details: To install and authenticate the Add-on, we require access to your Google profile (name, email address, profile picture). Authentication is handled entirely by Google’s OAuth system.
Add-on Settings & Configuration: Any preferences, form fields, or settings you choose within the Add-on.

Why we collect it: We use your email address for license activation, sending confirmation and support messages, and to ensure the Add-on functions correctly.

1.2. Automatically Collected Information

Usage Data: Anonymous metrics (e.g., which features you use, frequency of use, error logs) to help us improve performance and user experience.
Device & Log Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and other diagnostic data for troubleshooting and security monitoring.

Note: We do not share, sell, or track your personal or business data with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Payment Information

If you choose to purchase a license or upgrade, we process payments through trusted processors:

Stripe or PayPal: When you complete a payment, Stripe or PayPal collects your name, billing address, and credit card details. Your card information is transmitted directly to and stored by Stripe/PayPal; it never passes through or is stored on our servers.

3. Support Communications

When you contact us via email or support form:

We retain the content of your inquiry and your email address to provide ongoing assistance and improve our documentation.
Any voluntary feedback or survey responses you submit will be kept only as long as needed to support our development efforts.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention: We retain personal and usage data only as long as necessary to provide the Add-on’s services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Deletion Requests: You may revoke Add-on permissions at any time via your Google Account settings. You can also request deletion of all data we hold by emailing privacy@reddon.com; we will securely delete your data within 30 days.

5. Data Security

We employ industry-standard measures to protect your information:

Encryption: Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS.
Access Controls: Strict authentication and authorization policies for our internal systems.
Regular Audits: Vulnerability assessments and security reviews to keep our infrastructure secure.

Despite these safeguards, no system is 100% secure. We recommend you also use a strong Google password and enable two-factor authentication on your account.

6. Breach Response

We maintain a formal incident response plan. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you and any required regulators promptly, in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
Restrict or object to certain processing activities.
Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority if you believe we have violated your rights.
